Sable Drive Collaborates with Alexandria Artist Carlos Bortoni on Next, Please! Video

Art from Carlos

Sable Drive has teamed up with Alexandria-based artist Carlos Bortoni, who works under the name n33fti Art Studio, for the band’s new video Next, Please!

Band leader Stan Ascher first met Carlos at an exhibition opening at Galactic Panther Gallery, where they were introduced by gallery co-owner Erik Muendel. The connection was instant — Carlos’s bold, striking artwork resonated deeply with the imagery Stan often envisions while writing Sable Drive’s songs.

Inspired by the collaboration, Stan commissioned Carlos to create six original drawings. These pieces became the visual foundation for the Next, Please! video, blending Sable Drive’s dark, cinematic sound with Carlos’s vivid, imaginative style.

The collaboration marks another step in Sable Drive’s ongoing journey of merging music with unexpected and boundary-pushing artistic partnerships.
