A theatrical rock party from the darker side of the galaxy. Based out of Alexandria, VA Sable Drive is an ongoing project born in 2003 as the brainchild of artist Stan Ascher. First emerging as a nameless, somewhat amorphous rock concept, Sable Drive has since grown into a creative force that has united a slew of talented artists to date — its moniker, set in stone more than a decade after its foundation, paying homage to the street where Ascher would throw block parties and meet many of his future collaborators.
The song tells the story of a pack of enforcers who get their kicks by putting their prey into straitjackets before finishing the job
